Meerab Group in Belgium seeks a Senior Program Test Lead to orchestrate cross-workstream testing, develop the overall test strategy, and provide end-to-end visibility for governance decisions.

You will manage test plans, schedules, and dashboards covering System, SIT, UAT, regression and non-functional tests, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation across multiple teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale testing programs.
• Strong knowledge of System, SIT, UAT and regression testing methodologies.
• Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and schedules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop the overall test plan for the program and break it down into integrated operational plans.
• Orchestrate testing activities carried out by various workstreams, internal teams and suppliers.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated schedule of test campaigns, dependencies, environments, datasets and resources.
• Coordinate sequences of System Testing, SIT, End-to-End Testing, UAT, regression and non-functional tests.
• Anticipate capacity conflicts, critical dependencies and inter-domain impacts, proposing necessary trade-offs.
• Produce consolidated dashboards of coverage, results, risks and quality of evidence.
