Job summary

Abakus IT-Solutions seeks a senior QA/ testing advisory expert to strengthen cross-functional testing within a public administration project. You will focus on end-to-end journeys spanning multiple applications, suppliers, and third-party bodies to ensure traceability, robust test coverage and risk control.

You will formalise E2E strategies, coordinate cross-organisational campaigns and deliver evidence-based Go/No Go recommendations for go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance, test management or validation of complex information systems.
• Significant experience in E2E and interoperability testing involving multiple organisations and technologies.
• Senior advisory and coordination experience with established test teams.
• Design and supervision of scenarios covering back-office exchanges and processing chains.
• Hands-on test data preparation experience.
• Management of cross-functional defects and multi-party corrective plans.
• Campaign reports and Go/No Go recommendations for decision-making bodies.

Responsibilities

• Assess cross-functional consistency of existing test strategies and plans and propose additions.
• Identify critical E2E journeys and formalise nominal, degraded and recovery scenarios.
• Build a map of stakeholders, applications, interfaces, data and test dependencies.
• Define cross-functional and interoperability test strategy: scope, coverage, data, criteria, evidence.
• Prepare consolidated campaign plans with test coordinators.
• Organise campaigns with third-party bodies: contacts, windows, data and escalation channels.
• Design, prepare and supervise the most critical E2E scenarios when needed.
• Ensure traceability between processes, requirements, interfaces, tests and evidence.
• Coordinate analysis of cross-functional defects and track fixes through closure.
• Consolidate results into a single evidence-based report.
• Flag coverage gaps, risks affecting service, revenue, or users and propose fixes.
• Issue independent Go/No Go recommendations with residual risks and mitigations.
