Editx in Belgium is seeking an IT Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of a strategic IT program, from roadmap definition to budget oversight and success criteria. You will lead end-to-end delivery, maintain scope and milestones, and report to senior management.

You will establish governance structures, manage dependencies with projects and suppliers, coordinate day-to-day activities with project teams, and ensure alignment on business, functional, and security aspects, while supporting

• Monitor dependencies between projects, teams, and external suppliers to proactively address risks and delivery conflicts.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with project teams to ensure business, functional, and security aspects remain aligned.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and facilitate timely decision-making for critical program issues.
• Support the transition of project deliverables to operational and support teams.
