The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an experienced Production Technician at our Brussels Pilot Plant. You will operate a range of beverage and ingredient manufacturing equipment, ensuring strict adherence to safety, QA, HACCP and GMP standards while aligning with production schedules.

You’ll contribute to process development, scale‑up activities, and continuous improvement in a multicultural, innovation‑driven environment at the Brussels R&D Center.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in food/beverage manufacturing or pilot plant operations.
• Experience with beverage processing, syrup handling, mixing, batching, pasteurization, CIP or similar tech.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) and hygiene regulations.
• Experience in highly regulated food production environments.
• Degree in Food Science/Technology/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong English communication skills; French/Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manufacture ingredients, beverages, syrups, and bases per schedules and specs.
• Operate and troubleshoot pilot plant and food processing equipment.
• Apply and maintain strict food safety, QA, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• Monitor production parameters for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support process development, scale‑up, and continuous improvement.
