Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Belgium seeks a Polyvalent Technieker to join the maintenance team of the pilot plant. You will handle preventive, predictive, and corrective work on critical process installations and actively contribute to reliability and safety improvements in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Electromechanics, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or equivalent by relevant experience.
Several years in a technical maintenance role in an industrial setting is a strong plus.
Broad technical knowledge in electricity, instrumentation, automation and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automated installations.
Analyze technical faults and implement durable solutions.
Carry out Root Cause Analyses and identify improvement opportunities.
Contribute to technical improvement and investment projects.
Own a set of installations and serve as technical expert for reliability, safety and performance.
Collaborate with production, engineering and external partners to keep installations available.
