Asenium Consulting is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the SEPA Direct Debit squad within our international Payments tribe in Brussels. You will own the product scope, prioritize delivery, and work with PSPs and clearing houses to maximize value.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong knowledge of receivables and payments, and excellent Agile leadership. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is essential in this hybrid setup with 50% on-site work in Brussels.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven product ownership experience and strong knowledge of receivables.
• Solid knowledge of payments and the financial services industry.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strategic mindset, leadership abilities and affinity with IT topics.
• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language: Dutch or French.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SEPA Direct Debit product scope across creditor and debtor services.
• Manage connectivity involving PSP clients and multiple clearing and settlement houses.
• Define priorities and delivery plans based on business value.
• Represent the squad and align requirements with local and group-level stakeholders.
• Refine features and user stories to maximize value delivery.
• Manage the backlog, iteration planning and user-story elaboration.
• Define objectives, monitor results and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and support collaboration across the squad.
