Dumaplast in Belgium is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the product portfolio and help shape the future of the business. In this highly visible role, you will drive product strategy, steering development projects and ensuring our products meet evolving customer needs and industry trends across International Markets.

Qualifications

• Several years of Product Management experience within building materials, decorative finishing, interior design or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to manage projects and align multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for collaboration.
• Ownership mindset with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Drive the introduction of new products and the phase-out of existing portfolio items.
• Lead product development projects and coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Production, Marketing and Technical teams.
• Translate market trends, customer needs and commercial opportunities into product initiatives.
• Take ownership of product performance by analyzing margins, volumes, inventory levels and profitability.
• Manage product master data, article creation, BOMs and pricing structures.
• Initiate and coordinate product, packaging and supplier improvement projects.
• Drive compliance of packaging solutions with international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide product expertise and direction for marketing materials, product launches and webshop activities.
• Contribute to the long-term product strategy and growth of the Dumaplast portfolio.
• Act as the central point of contact for all product-related questions and decisions.
• Partner closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and key business stakeholders to shape future innovations.
