Une entreprise internationale recherche un Product Manager pour superviser et gérer son portefeuille de produits dans un environnement dynamique. Vous serez responsable de l'analyse du marché, de la gestion des projets de développement de nouveaux produits, et de la collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et techniques. Ce rôle exige un esprit stratégique, d'excellentes compétences en communication et une expérience significative dans la gestion de produits.

Description du poste

• Monitor and manage the product & project portfolio within the product groups Home Protection & Sliding Platforms:
  • Maintain an overview of the integration of the specific product group within the overall group strategy.
  • Manage the product lifecycle.
  • Manage IP strategy within the product group.
• Analyze and translate input into new product applications or development projects:
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape requirements, features, and end products, in close collaboration with Sales and local product teams.
  • Assess market needs and the competitive landscape versus product offerings and portfolio.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends.
  • Gather market intelligence from local organizations, customers, and other sources.
• Seek consensus to manage the existing product range, roll out the product roadmap, and manage new product development projects:
  • Translate ideas into project proposals in agreement with stakeholders.
  • Define and agree on product/project specifications with stakeholders.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and/or develop business cases for approved projects.
  • Propose product roadmaps aligned with the budget.
• Lead projects and support market launches:
  • Execute the roll-out of the roadmap through NPD projects following stage gate processes, collaborating with Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply, Marketing, and Management.
  • Support product launches and marketing activities with local teams.
  • Advise large customer accounts and manage custom projects to deliver optimal products and services.
  • Monitor SKU lifecycle and portfolio optimization.
  • Participate in trade fairs, customer events, and market/competition observations.

In this role, you report to the Product Director Europe.

Het Profiel

You have/you are:

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Product Management role.
• Good communication skills and a strong team player.
• Good analytical skills and creative mindset.
• Result-oriented and pragmatic.
• Structured working approach.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to maintain an overview.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English; knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
