Dumaplast, a leading Belgian group, invites a Senior Product Manager to own the product portfolio and shape the future across international markets. The role will drive product strategy, lead development projects, and ensure products meet evolving customer and industry needs.

You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Marketing and Technical teams, translate trends into initiatives, and manage profitability, master data and pricing. A strong, hands-on, team-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in a technical, engineering or commercial field.
• Several years of product management experience in building materials or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Drive introduction of new products and phase-out of existing items.
• Lead product development projects with Sales, Production, Marketing and Tech teams.
• Translate market trends and customer needs into product initiatives.
• Own product performance by analyzing margins, volumes, inventory and profitability.
• Manage product master data, article creation, BOMs and pricing structures.
• Coordinate product, packaging and supplier improvement projects.
• Ensure packaging solutions comply with international standards and regulations.
• Support marketing materials, launches and webshop activities.
• Contribute to long-term product strategy and portfolio growth.

Senior Product Manager

Location: Maldegem

Following our continued growth and innovation ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our product portfolio and help shape the future of our business.

In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, steering product development projects, and ensuring our products continue to meet the evolving needs of customers and industry trends across International Markets.

Your role

• Drive the introduction of new products and the phase-out of existing portfolio items.
• Lead product development projects and coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Production, Marketing and Technical teams.
• Translate market trends, customer needs and commercial opportunities into product initiatives.
• Take ownership of product performance by analyzing margins, volumes, inventory levels and profitability.
• Manage product master data, article creation, BOMs and pricing structures.
• Initiate and coordinate product, packaging and supplier improvement projects.
• Drive compliance of packaging solutions with international standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide product expertise and direction for marketing materials, product launches and webshop activities.
• Contribute to the long-term product strategy and growth of the Dumaplast portfolio.
• Act as the central point of contact for all product-related questions and decisions.
• Partner closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and key business stakeholders to shape future innovations.

Our requirements

• Higher education degree in a technical, engineering or commercial field.
• Several years of Product Management experience within building materials, decorative finishing, interior design or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to manage projects and align multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and hands‑on approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for collaboration.
• Ownership mindset with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
