In this role, you’ll lead the development and lifecycle management of innovative facade product solutions in line with segment strategy and customer needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a global impact by identifying market‑specific customer needs, managing product portfolios, and collaborating cross‑functionally to achieve growth and profitability goals.

This role can be based in the following countries: Belgium, Poland (Poznan area), Germany, Lithuania and Denmark. Regular travel across region is required (50%).

What You’ll Do

• Understand customer needs and provide insights to shape innovation.
• Manage product development, from conception to market introduction and phase‑out.
• Optimize product margins and drive global portfolio growth through strategic initiatives.
• Monitor global product success and provide data‑driven input to forecasting processes.
• Contribute to international strategic planning and market growth efforts.
