Alan, a leading prevention health company, is hiring product designers to shape experiences for health journeys. Based in Brussels or within commuting distance, you’ll work onsite twice per week, collaborating with product managers, researchers, and engineers to turn concepts into end-to-end solutions.

You bring 5+ years of product design experience, a track record of shipping quality products, and mentorship skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record shipping quality products.
• Mentorship of junior designers.
• Strong English communication with international teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop a product vision and enable teams to explore, ideate, and experiment.
• Communicate transversally and tell compelling stories.
• Understand our members to inform product thinking.
• Collaborate with PMs, researchers, and engineers to deliver products.
• Develop and evangelize design processes.
• Mentor junior designers.
• Deliver UI that aligns with Alan’s brand.
• Contribute to design system.
• Evaluate and maintain product quality.
