Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Senior ICT Buyer to lead end-to-end procurement of hardware, software, services and licensing in a highly regulated ICT environment. You will manage dossiers from intake through contract award, focusing on TCO, quality and supplier performance, in close collaboration with legal and finance teams.

The role requires 8+ years in ICT procurement, fluency in Dutch and English with French knowledge, and hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or Icertis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior-level experience in procurement within complex or technical environments.
• Proven ICT procurement experience covering hardware, software, services, and licensing.
• Extensive knowledge of public procurement legislation and open tenders.
• Experience managing technical procurement dossiers and complex financial/legal negotiations.
• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with SAP Ariba, Ariba or Icertis.
• Fluency in Dutch and English with good knowledge of French.

• You have a Master's degree or an equivalent professional background.
• You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• You're proficient in MS Office and have affinity with SAP, Ariba, or Icertis.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English with a good knowledge of French.

Nice to Haves
