Kurv Industrial is seeking a senior procurement professional to drive public procurement programs for energy-efficient renovation projects and related services in Belgian public sector contexts. You will prepare, launch and manage procedures, draft tender documents and contract documentation, and advise stakeholders on procurement strategy, risks and decisions.

The role demands excellent drafting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage complex files

Qualifications

Senior experience in procurement, public procurement, tendering, or contract management.
Strong knowledge of public procurement rules and procedures.
Experience with works contracts, framework agreements, or technical services is an asset.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage complex files independently.
Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French, and/or English depending on the project context.

Responsabilités

Prepare, launch, and manage public procurement procedures.
Draft and review tender documents, specifications, award criteria, and contract documentation.
Coordinate procurement activities for works and related services.
Support both tendering, award, and downstream contract-management processes.
Ensure compliance with public procurement legislation and internal procedures.
Advise stakeholders on procurement strategy, risks, and contractual choices.
