Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior process technician to operate sludge processing and drying equipment. You will monitor process trends, take samples, diagnose faults, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance while maintaining detailed records.

The role requires hands-on electromechanical skills, BA4/BA authorisation, and independent work capability. Dutch (C1) is required; training in safety practices is provided. Shifts include early, day, late, with weekend work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electromechanics and basic industrial electricity.
• BA4 competency certificate or BA authorisation certificate; authorisation required before starting work.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
• Proficiency using Microsoft 365 for administrative tasks, including reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process trends and adjust operating parameters.
• Take samples and check measurements during routine rounds.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in the installation.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain process records and prepare operational reports.
