Job summary

Bontexgeo is seeking a technical operator to join a 6-person team in a highly automated production environment. You will start, monitor, and adjust the line, perform lab tests, and keep the area clean while participating in preventive maintenance.

The role requires strong safety awareness, a hands-on attitude, and willingness to work in shifts; knowledge of Dutch is important, and production experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong safety awareness, sense of quality, order and cleanliness.
• Strong technical insight and interest.
• Motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willing to work in a shift system.
• Good knowledge of the Dutch language.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a highly automated production line.
• Start up and shut down the line independently.
• Adjust production parameters to control deviations.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and involve technical service for major issues.
• Take samples and conduct tests in the lab, adjust machines accordingly.
• Maintain a clean workstation and participate in preventive maintenance.
