Job summary

XSYS is a global provider of integrated solutions for the flexographic, letterpress and pre-press printing markets, delivering technology from development to manufacturing. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – PrePress to lead strategic projects that drive innovation, operational excellence and the continued development of the PrePress business.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing and purchasing, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing/Automation Engineering.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA) is advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of project management in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product development and industrialization projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation to successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resources, milestones, risks and reporting.
• Ensure projects deliver on time, within budget, and meet objectives.
• Coordinate design transfer, manufacturing readiness and pilot production.
• Coordinate governance, KPI reporting and executive decision proposals.
• Build strong stakeholder alignment across R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality.
