SolarWinds is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Benelux region. This field‑based role combines deep technical expertise with consultative selling to understand customer challenges, design tailored SolarWinds solutions, and articulate business value.

The role requires regular travel across the Benelux and a strong on‑site customer presence, collaborating with Enterprise Sales, Channel Partners, and key accounts to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or architecture roles
• 4+ years in a dedicated pre‑sales capacity in software vendor or SI environment
• Strong blend of technical, sales, and customer interaction skills
• Fluent in English, Dutch or Flemish with strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Observability, ITSM, Database Management, Networking & Security
• Cloud experience with AWS and Azure; knowledge of hybrid cloud
• Bachelor's or equivalent in Business, Computing, or Engineering

Responsabilités

• Own the pre‑sales strategy for Benelux enterprise opportunities
• Conduct product demos and webinars for customers
• Lead discovery sessions and design tailored solutions
• Articulate value and influence purchasing decisions
• Advise Sales and Partners on technical solutions
• Design and execute complex POC/ POV engagements
• Provide technical training and enablement to teammates
• Travel within the Benelux and maintain on‑site customer presence
