Burson Brussels seeks a (Senior) Managing Director to lead client and commercial leadership, advising global organisations on political, regulatory and reputational matters. You will shape the future direction and oversee the largest multinational client relationships, reporting to the CEO and senior leadership.

You will assemble multidisciplinary teams across Burson’s international network, drive growth, coach leaders, and strengthen Burson’s market reputation.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience in public affairs, strategic communications, corporate affairs or management consulting.
• Proven track record advising C-suite executives and senior leaders within multinational organisations on complex political, regulatory, business and reputational matters.
• Significant experience leading major international, European or multi-market client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead Burson Brussels' largest and most strategic client relationships, advising C-level executives and senior leaders.
• Develop integrated public affairs, communications and reputation strategies addressing political, regulatory and business challenges.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Burson’s international network to deliver integrated client solutions and growth.
• Grow revenue and profitability by expanding existing client portfolios and winning new business.
• Strengthen Burson’s market reputation and strategic direction through high-impact client work.
