Sopra Steria is seeking a Senior BI Engineer with strong Power BI expertise to design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions. You will work across data requirements, ETL/ELT flows, data modelling and semantic modelling, delivering robust dashboards and governance.

You will coach teammates in best practices, collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders, and contribute to a scalable BI practice within our Data Visualisation team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI experience with at least 3 years hands-on Power BI development
• Strong Power BI expertise including semantic modelling, DAX, Power Query, visualization, deployment and performance optimization
• End-to-end BI solutions delivery from data ingestion to reporting and dashboards
• Experience with SQL, data modelling and ETL/ELT concepts
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and collaboration with data engineers and architects
• Power BI Service governance, workspace management and Row-Level Security
• English and Dutch and/or French proficiency

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of end-to-end BI projects across the BI lifecycle
• Design and deliver Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models
• Coach colleagues on data modelling, DAX, visualization and deployment best practices
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects and business stakeholders for scalable BI solutions
