In this role, you will lead BI projects and deliver clear insights by transforming complex data into actionable reporting solutions. Job Description

Join our Data & AI team as a Senior Power BI Consultant. You will contribute to turning complex data into clear insights, strong data models, and reporting solutions that people can actually use. You will lead the delivery of our BI projects, working end‑to‑end across the full reporting lifecycle and taking ownership of solution design, from defining the data model and architecture to ensuring performance, governance, and long‑term maintainability.

You will coach and support colleagues in best practices for modeling, DAX, visualization, and deployment, and you will help shape the structure and quality of the BI environment for our clients. Collaboration with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders is essential for creating scalable, user‑friendly, and impactful reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI experience, including 3+ years of hands‑on Power BI expertise.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end Power BI solutions: modeling, DAX, transformations, visualization, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of scalable, performant models and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Confidence in collaborating with business stakeholders and translating needs into clear KPIs and reporting logic.
• Ownership of solution design and quality, with a passion for coaching colleagues.
• Proficiency with Power BI Service, including workspace management, dataset governance, deployment, sharing, and Row‑Level Security (RLS).
• Experience with external Power BI tools such as Tabular Editor and DAX Studio.
• Effective communication with Data Engineers and understanding of modern data platform concepts.
• Knowledge of Azure, Databricks, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.
• Adding your dashboards or portfolio to the application is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch and/or French.
