In4Matic is seeking an experienced senior project leader to drive two strategic payment initiatives: renewing acquiring and PSP services, and coordinating PCI-DSS compliance efforts for the existing payment ecosystem. The role demands strong governance, stakeholder management, and deep payment domain knowledge to shape secure digital payments.

You will lead end-to-end delivery—from scoping and procurement through to implementation and transition—while ensuring PCI-DSS and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in complex project management within electronic payment environments and regulated settings.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale tender or RFP processes and procurement materials.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or PMP certification is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full lifecycle of two payment initiatives from scoping to implementation and transition.
• Coordinate PCI-DSS certification efforts and remediation tracking across internal and external parties.
• Prepare procurement documents and control governance across purchasing, finance, legal, security, and architecture functions.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and planning throughout the assignment.
• Provide regular reporting to management and lead project and steering committees.
