Job summary

Editx in Brussels is seeking a Senior Payments Program Lead to drive the modernization of the digital payment ecosystem. You will procure and implement new acquiring and PSP services, ensure regulatory compliance, and align cross-functional teams to meet complex business and technical requirements.

You will define target payment flow architectures and manage transitions between legacy and future providers, while tracking risks, budgets, and timelines for senior management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the digital payment ecosystem modernization, including the procurement and implementation of new acquiring and PSP services.
• Drive the compliance and certification efforts for the payment ecosystem, ensuring full adherence to regulatory standards.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across finance, legal, security, and architecture to consolidate complex business and technical requirements.
• Define the target architecture for payment flows and manage technical transitions between legacy and future service providers.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines while providing strategic reporting to senior management.
• Direct the preparation of public procurement documents, technical specifications, and tender evaluations for large-scale IT and payment services.
