Job summary

Sofico is expanding its Platform Engineering teams from Ghent office to deliver robust, 24/7 mission-critical software for automotive finance, leasing and mobility clients worldwide. You will join tracks such as SRE, Platform Automation, Platform Infrastructure or BAU, focusing on reliability, automation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Expertise or experience in one of the listed platform tracks (SRE, PAT, PIT, BAU).
• Reliability and ownership: dedicated to keeping services running smoothly.
• Strong collaboration and clear written/spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• SRE track: focus on platform resilience, system health, high availability; define/monitor SLOs/SLAs, lead incident triage, RCA, observability across platforms.
• Platform Automation Team: build CI/CD pipelines, manage GitOps configurations, automate container workloads.
• Platform Infrastructure Team: scale/hybrid cloud, on-prem environments, network topology, enterprise databases, capacity and security.
• Platform Operations/BAU: stabilize day-to-day operations, execute SOPs, process service tickets, patch/deploy tasks, routine maintenance.
