Senior Platform Engineer - Kubernetes & Cloud Security

Job summary

act digital is an international consulting and engineering group delivering digital transformation across software, security, data, cloud and AI. The platform engineering team designs, builds and operates a secure, scalable enterprise-grade platform to serve aviation-grade systems.

You will join a team of experts responsible for platform development, operations, security integration, and continuous improvement, collaborating closely with developers and architects.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in software or platform development with cloud-native and DevOps.
• Strong OpenShift/Kubernetes skills (Helm, operators, namespaces, RBAC, secrets, networking).
• Experience with Azure IaaS (VMs, networking, storage, IAM).
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with Vault, Keycloak or Okta for secure access and identity management.
• Hands-on with PostgreSQL, MongoDB and data services (Elasticsearch, MinIO).
• Familiar with event-driven systems (Solace, Kafka) and Linux/container basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Kubernetes/OpenShift platform components and operators.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and apply GitOps for traceable deployments.
• Use Terraform and Ansible to automate Azure and on‑prem provisioning.
• Develop APIs, scripts, and integrations for self-service platform use.
