Wlgroup, based in Mons, Belgium, seeks a senior Atlassian engineer to own and secure the collaboration platform. You will administer Jira Data Center and Confluence Data Center, integrate with surrounding systems, and ensure governance aligned with security policies.

Responsibilities include deploying infrastructure, applying patches, supporting migrations, and enhancing workflows and dashboards to fit teams' needs. Fluency in professional English is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years administering Jira Data Center or Confluence Data Center.
• Linux system administration experience.
• Scripting for automation (Bash, Python).
• Strong Java, Groovy and ScriptRunner skills.
• Solid networking and security practice grounding.
• Experience migrating into/out of the Atlassian stack.
• Experience working within IT service management.
• Ownership and ability to finish what you start.
• Clear information management and technical communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Deploy, install and configure Jira Software Data Center and Confluence Data Center.
• Add plugins, add-ons and integrations as needed.
• Guard confidentiality and data integrity of Atlassian estate.
• Handle proactive maintenance, access control and permissions.
• Manage change requests, releases and security patches.
• Liaise with vendor support for bugs and features.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and tune for security and resilience.
• Run backups with the team and test disaster recovery.
• Apply security patches promptly and audit governance.
• Support users, migrate data, and tailor workflows/dashboards.
• Integrate with wider IT estate including Microsoft/SharePoint.
• Write and maintain documentation on practices and roadmap.
