EMW in Mons, Belgium, seeks a COMS Senior Engineer to administer Jira Software Datacenter and Confluence Datacenter, integrate with Microsoft SharePoint, and maintain security controls under NATO directives.

The role requires 5+ years of Atlassian admin experience, Linux administration, scripting skills, and an active COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance. On-site, 100% of time, with potential travel and a start on 21 October 2026 through 31 December 2026.

Qualifications

Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years post‑related experience.
Alternatively, extensive 10+ years of relevant experience may compensate for lack of degree.

Responsabilités

Deploy, install, and configure Jira Software Datacenter and Confluence Datacenter.
Implement plugins, integrations, and security controls for the Atlassian stack.
Maintain backups, disaster recovery, and ITSM alignment.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and optimize configurations for security and reliability.
Collaborate with teams to integrate Atlassian tools with Microsoft SharePoint and other systems.
Create documentation and educate users on best practices.
