Darwin Quantum seeks an experienced Photonics Process Integration Expert to lead the industrialisation of an advanced integrated photonics platform and drive its transition from prototype development into high-volume manufacturing.

You will own the technical roadmap for process evaluation, technology transfer and qualification, engaging with fabs and foundries to scale production of TFLN and silicon photonics in a heterogeneous integration platform.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a photonics-related field and strong experience in photonic or semiconductor process technology.
• Experience transferring photonics processes from R&D to manufacturing with emphasis on BEOL metallisation and bonding.
• Proven ability to manage technology transfer, process development or industrialisation projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discussions with fabs and foundries to transfer the platform into high-volume manufacturing.
• Own the technical roadmap for process evaluation, technology transfer and qualification.
• Drive risk assessments, gap analyses and manufacturability efforts.
• Collaborate with R&D, design and engineering teams to evolve the platform for volume production.
