Job summary

Amaris Consulting seeks a Project Manager and Senior Warehousing Expert to lead complex warehousing and logistics projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will own end-to-end warehousing solutions, from scope to handover, aligning with senior management and operational teams.

The role requires significant warehousing operations knowledge, strong leadership, and fluency in Dutch and English, with experience in pharma manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex warehousing, logistics, or industrial projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of warehouse concepts, layouts, storage solutions, and material flows.
• Proven ability to own project execution and the design of end-to-end warehousing solutions.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills with senior management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing and logistics projects from scope definition through implementation and handover.
• Define end-to-end warehousing solutions including concepts, layouts, storage, capacity, and material flows.
• Analyse current operations, identify improvements, and translate needs into project requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholders across functions: operations, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and senior management.
• Assess options, challenge assumptions, and prepare clear recommendations for decisions.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business needs.
