Pauwels Consulting, Belgium-based, is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Warehousing Expert to lead a complex warehousing project for a pharmaceutical manufacturing client in a hybrid role. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, align engineering, operations and quality, and ensure scalable operational solutions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in warehousing/logistics, expert knowledge of layout design and storage solutions, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing complex warehousing, logistics, or industrial projects.
• Expert-level knowledge of warehouse layout design, storage solutions, and material flows.
• Proven track record of project leadership within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Analytical problem-solver with strong stakeholder management and strategic communication.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities
