Boston Consulting Group is seeking a LAB Performance Insights Manager to turn data into clear insights across the London, Amsterdam and Brussels LAB portfolio. You will monitor billability, utilization, and cross-office staffing while driving actionable recommendations in collaboration with senior leaders.

You will lead cross-office projects, mentor team members, and shape the adoption of new tools and AI-enabled processes to improve efficiency and delivery across the LAB.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; numerate and data-focused.
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Own LAB-wide performance team reporting and insights by building and refining dashboards and providing leadership with clear views of billability and capacity.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across cohorts; develop actionable recommendations.
• Present insights at team retrospectives and coordinate actions with LAB Performance Director and senior stakeholders.
• Lead strategic projects from planning through implementation with leadership alignment.
• Improve processes and ways of working to make delivery more consistent and scalable.
• Develop clear communications to support rollout of change initiatives and new tools.
• Explore data automation and AI opportunities, collaborating with regional/global teams.
• Mentor and build capability within the People Team, sharing data skills with juniors.
