SailPeak in Brussels is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Payments with 5+ years of experience in corporate and retail payments to join our growing team. You will bridge business and IT, map processes, and shape roadmaps for payment projects across banking clients.

You will work on regulatory topics (PSD2/3, GDPR) and payment rails (ISO 20022), collaborate with data and AI initiatives, and drive Agile delivery. Fluency in English; French or Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in payments.
• Deep knowledge of domestic and international payments, rails, ISO formats.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and JIRA.
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, collaborative, data-driven with strong stakeholder empathy.

Responsabilités

• Requirement & Strategy Management: Build roadmaps, set KPIs, budget, and collect/document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Process & Systems Modeling: Analyze data and design system diagrams, processes and workflows using Design Thinking tools.
• Bridge IT & Business: Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage priorities between IT and business teams.
• Navigate Domain & Compliance: Apply knowledge of bank processes (KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions) and regulatory contexts (PSD2/3, GDPR, G20, Digital Euro).
• Agile Execution: Drive project delivery using Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
