Sailpeak, a Brussels-based consultancy, seeks a Business Analyst to drive digital transformation for banking and insurance clients. You will gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into actionable stories while liaising with delivery teams.

You'll engage in AI-enabled initiatives, work with agile teams, and help manage stakeholders across projects, delivering high-impact outcomes in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis skills.
• Understanding of core banking or insurance processes and digital tools.
• Interest in AI and automation technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Bridge gaps between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
• Map and analyze end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and optimize.
• Manage client stakeholders, gather feedback, and track progress.
