Capgemini Engineering is seeking a senior MES Technical Lead and Modeller to drive a PAS-X MES rollout across multiple manufacturing sites for a global pharmaceutical client. You will lead architectural decisions, oversee MES configuration, and coordinate with vendors, IT/OT teams, and deployment leads to ensure a compliant, scalable solution.

• 6–8 years of MES/MOM implementation in industrial manufacturing with hands-on PAS-X experience.
• Strong grounding in enterprise and OT architectures, system integration, and ISA‑95 knowledge.
• Experience in regulated industries (Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences) with validation methods including GAMP 5 and CSV.
• Proven stakeholder engagement across IT, OT, Manufacturing and Quality teams; capable of bridging technical and business outcomes.
• Leadership and problem solving with a continuous improvement mindset; able to make decisions under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architectural and technical decisions for PAS-X MES rollout across multi-site deployments.
• Oversee end‑to‑end MES configuration: workflows, MBRs, ESP, and integration with ERP, SCADA, LIMS, Historian.
• Ensure OT/IT interface design meets functional and non‑functional requirements; support master data alignment.
• Coordinate across vendors, system integrators, automation providers, and infrastructure teams; support Program Managers.
• Lead testing lifecycle: SIT, UAT, defect management; support Validation/CSV activities in regulated environments.
• Manage deployment, go-live, and stabilisation activities; troubleshoot complex site‑level issues.
• Drive knowledge transfer and governance; promote reusable, standardised solutions.
