Capgemini is seeking an Engagement Manager for MES Pharma to lead strategic and operational delivery of digital manufacturing programs in regulated pharma settings. You will drive compliance, quality, and growth while building executive relationships with Manufacturing Directors and QA leaders.

You will oversee full project lifecycles, manage budgets and teams across multi-vendor programs, and promote MES/Pharma 4.0 solutions like Opcenter and PAS-X within a global delivery network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years leading complex IT/OT or Digital Manufacturing programs in Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Hands-on MES Pharma platforms such as Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma, Werum PAS-X or Rockwell PharmaSuite.
• Strong regulatory knowledge: GMP/GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex MES programs within pharma environments.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and drive growth opportunities.
• Oversee project lifecycles from assessment to validation and hypercare; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
