Capgemini is seeking a Technical Lead to provide end-to-end technical leadership for the PAS-X MES roll-out across multiple pharma sites in Belgium. You will ensure architectural consistency, oversee OT/IT integrations, and uphold corporate standards while enabling delivery of the client’s global digital manufacturing strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years hands-on MES/MOM implementation experience in industrial or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong PAS-X platform expertise with OT/IT integrations and ISA-95 knowledge.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live activities in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with IT, OT, Manufacturing and Quality teams; English proficiency.
• Experience with multi-site deployment programs and global standardisation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead architectural and technical decisions across the PAS-X MES roll-out program.
• Oversee end-to-end MES configuration, including workflows and interfaces with ERP/SCADA/LIMS.
• Lead testing and deployment lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live.
• Coordinate vendors, system integrators, and infrastructure teams; act as technical reference for the Global Program Team.
• Define technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices for reuse and standardisation across sites.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance technical quality and maintainability.
