Job summary

Wlgroup is seeking a senior Oracle E-Business Suite specialist to join the finance service team. You will resolve second and third line incidents on Financials and Purchasing, ensure tickets stay within SLAs, and analyze change requests with formal design documentation.

You will estimate effort, test changes end-to-end, escalate where needed, build a knowledge base, train users, and participate in daily stand-ups. Strong English and hands-on Oracle EBS R12.2 knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 Financials and Purchasing.
• Solid grasp of E-Business Tax, Purchasing and Fixed Assets flows.
• Month-end/year-end close, reconciliation, consolidation and bank reconciliation.
• Finance approval workflows and travel claim processes.
• Experience of L2/L3 support and ITIL 4 with Remedy.

Responsibilities

• Resolve second and third line incidents on Oracle EBS Financials and Purchasing within SLAs.
• Analyze new requirements, write functional design and documentation.
• Estimate effort for changes and test end-to-end before acceptance.
• Escalate hard cases to vendor or other teams and follow up.
• Build knowledge base, train users on best practices, run briefings.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and planning with the team.
