Job summary

Wlgroup seeks a senior Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Consultant (R12.2) to join the third line support for finance, purchasing and travel processes. You will resolve incidents, draft functional designs and ensure end-to-end testing before user acceptance.

You will analyze requirements, estimate effort, escalate complex cases to vendors, build a knowledge base, and train users on best practices while aligning with ITIL 4 standards and global processes.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials and Purchasing knowledge.
• Strong understanding of GL, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management and Sub-Ledger Accounting.
• Experience with tax, purchasing, fixed assets and their impact on the GL.
• Month-end/year-end close, reconciliation, consolidation and revaluation.
• Finance workflows, travel claims and top-level reporting experience.
• L2/L3 support experience and ITIL 4 with Remedy.

Responsibilities

• Resolve second and third line incidents and service requests on Oracle EBS Financials and Purchasing.
• Analyze requirements, write functional design and related documentation.
• Estimate effort, test changes end-to-end before acceptance.
• Escalate complex cases to vendor or other teams until resolved.
• Build knowledge base, train users on best practices, run briefings.
• Collaborate with wider team in daily stand-ups and planning.
