Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Operations Support Engineer for one of its clients, a European agency operating large-scale digital services. The role focuses on managing complex incidents, leading root cause analyses, defining monitoring strategies and supporting deployments across infrastructure, middleware and application teams in multi-vendor, international environments.

You will contribute to automation and produce operational insights to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise operations and application support.
• Strong expertise in incident, problem and change management.
• Experience supporting containerized and cloud-native environments.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Experience in international and multi-vendor environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex incidents affecting mission-critical applications and services.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Define monitoring strategies and performance baselines.
• Support deployments, releases and operational readiness activities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across infrastructure, middleware and application teams.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and operational excellence.
• Produce operational reports, performance analyses and improvement recommendations.
