Job summary

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a decision‑support platform used in the financial domain for EU Institutions in Brussels.

You will analyze financial processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into clear specifications for development teams while collaborating across the lifecycle to ensure robust data analysis capabilities and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis and requirements engineering.
• Knowledge of financial systems and financial operations.
• Ability to translate complex business concepts into actionable specs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows and requirements for financial operations and risk management.
• Gather, challenge and formalise requirements through stakeholder workshops.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Model data flows and system interactions; document processes for ongoing improvement.
• Create SQL queries to investigate and validate financial data.
• Support design and evolution of analytical solutions for financial decision-making.
• Collaborate with developers throughout the software lifecycle to ensure correct implementation.
• Produce high-quality documentation including specifications and user guides.
