Qualifications

• Proven track record as Technical Lead or Senior .NET Developer.
• Extensive knowledge of .NET and software architecture.
• Hands-on development and system design experience.
• Experience with code reviews, performance optimization, security, and documentation.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor .NET developers and provide technical guidance.
• Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Remain hands-on with coding, feature development, and bug fixing.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, project managers, and Infra & Operations teams.
