ITproposal is seeking an Expert Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for application development, maintenance and modernisation in a Belgian context. You will design, implement and supervise REST APIs using C# / .NET, ASP.NET Web API and Blazor, while aligning with security and DevOps practices.

The role requires strong leadership, architecture vision and mentoring of developers, with experience in Azure, Swagger/OpenAPI, JWT/OIDC and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with .NET Development and ASP.NET Web API.
• Strong C# / .NET Core development experience.
• Experience with Blazor, Azure Bus, Microsoft Azure and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization and security best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and guide developers on technical design and implementation.
• Develop and maintain applications and modernisation efforts.
• Design scalable, reliable and maintainable solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
