Job summary

Consort Group in Brussels is seeking a Senior .NET Architect to provide technical leadership across a portfolio of applications, guiding architectural decisions and supporting development teams on complex challenges.

You will work on Full Stack .NET microservices with Blazor frontend, drive modernization toward .NET 10, explore Kubernetes, and manage migrations from NServiceBus to Dapr while aligning technical choices with business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a .NET Architect.
• Experience guiding development teams and modernizing complex applications.
• Strong architectural and Full Stack .NET background.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and architectural support to experienced development teams.
• Lead the technical evolution and modernization of existing applications.
• Support the integration, maintenance and continuous improvement of an existing development team and its applications.
• Define and promote target architectures, including the migration of services to .NET 10.
• Contribute to the adoption of modern architectures, with the objective of targeting Kubernetes within the next two years.
• Support the transition from NServiceBus to Dapr.
• Coordinate multiple development teams and support their work throughout Scrum sprints.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, Developers and Product Owners to ensure technical decisions align with business needs.
