Job summary

Everience Benelux is seeking a Senior Developer / Tech Lead (M/F/D) for freelance engagement. You will guide teams on .NET and Azure projects, set technical standards, and translate business questions into robust technical analyses.

You’ll coach developers and help shape a scalable platform while collaborating across disciplines. The role requires strong Azure/.NET expertise, DevOps, Kubernetes & Docker experience, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Azure experience with cloud-based infrastructures.
• In-depth .NET development experience.
• CI/CD via DevOps, containerisation with Kubernetes & Docker.
• Front-end development with Angular.
• Experience with AI coding tools and evaluation of outputs.
• Technical lead responsibilities: code reviews and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical bar: safeguard code quality, perform code reviews and coach developers
• Translate business and domain questions into clear technical analyses and specifications
• Contribute to the development of a scalable business platform on .NET and Azure
• Work AI-native: agents write, test and refactor code, and you safeguard the architecture, security and quality of what they produce
