Zusammenfassung

NATO is seeking an experienced administrator to support the PASP Division, acting as NASO focal point for budget, HR, security and host nation matters. You will travel to NASOs and deputize for the Executive Officer/Head DSS when needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating NASO activities, managing information, and drafting analyses for senior management, with engagement across NATO HQ, NASOs and IMS. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience with policy, budget, administration and/or HR.
• Experience in project management and coordinating with a large stakeholder group.

Aufgaben

• Lead NASO coordination within PASP and between IS and IMS; monitor tasks from OSG/ASG PASP; plan, organise and support NASO-related projects.
• Follow-up NASOs’ internal management issues and enable knowledge exchange between NASOs and HQ.
• Assist PASP senior management on NASO support; draft position papers and analyses; ensure NASO Handbook is applied and reviewed.
