NSPA - NATO Support and Procurement Agency seeks an Executive NSPA Representative to NATO HQ in Brussels. The role requires a Master’s degree and proven ability to build senior-level relationships within international organizations, plus experience in ministerial or diplomatic environments.

Fluency in English is essential; French knowledge is desirable. The appointment is a three-year definite tenure with potential renewal up to six years.

• Knowledge and understanding of the NSPA operating model, and its inter-relationship to NATO and other national and international organisations
• NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• Initial three year contract with competitive monthly tax-free salary (subject to Article 19 of the Ottawa agreement on exemption of Taxation)

POST DETAILS

• Basic monthly salary:EUR 11 150.91, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.
• (Definite Tenure) Initial duration of the assignment will be for 3 years. The contract may be renewed, but will not exceed the definite tenure of 6 years.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date.The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
