EMW, Inc. in Brussels is seeking a contractor to support the newly established ASO Personnel Security Section. The role focuses on PSC initiation, renewal, transfer, and revocation, with regular interaction across 32 NSAs from NATO member nations.

You will report to the NCIA ASO, participate in steering committee activities, and work closely with ASO IKM. This project covers HOTO of PersSy for NCIA remote locations and coordination with ACO commands.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• Experience with NATO Security Policy, Personnel Security.
• Experience interacting with NATO NSAs.
• Knowledge of PSC initiation, renewal, transfer and revocation.
• Proficient English writing and briefing.

Responsabilités

• Support the centralised ASO Personnel Security Section.
• Handle initiation, renewal, transfer and revocation of PSCs.
• Coordinate with NSAs from all NATO member nations.
• Report to NCIA ASO and participate in steering committee meetings.
• Update security data in HCM, APMS, ManageID and ASO databases.
• Coordinate HOTO of PersSy with ACO commands.
