Faktion is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to drive cutting-edge AI initiatives for enterprise clients. You will lead technical efforts, mentor junior engineers, and translate business needs into scalable ML solutions using Python in cloud environments.

Engage with clients and collaborate across teams to strengthen our AI offerings. With a strong background in ML and cloud deployment, you will influence project direction, explore new ML frameworks, and support sales in qualifying exciting

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience deploying scalable ML models in production on cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as tech lead on projects, guiding junior colleagues and elevating company technical capabilities.
Translate customer business needs into comprehensive technical solutions.
Develop production-ready pipelines and ML models in Python, on cloud platforms.
Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge ML tools and frameworks.
Ensure high-quality delivery of projects managed by the team.
Provide technical mentorship to junior ML engineers.
Conduct client workshops to showcase knowledge and capabilities.
Assist the sales team in qualifying and securing new projects.
