Sia is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to lead their Data team in Antwerp, Belgium. The role involves working on cutting-edge AI products and client projects while guiding a diverse team. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in building production-quality ML/Deep Learning pipelines.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Expert coding skills in Python and one other language (Scala, C++, Java).
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Dutch preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of AI products within the Data team.
• Work on client projects as a subject expert.
• Make architectural and design decisions for cloud environments.
• Guide Data Scientists to scale up their models into production.
