EMW, Inc. in Mons, Belgium seeks a Microsoft Senior Engineer to design, implement and secure large-scale Windows Server, AD, PKI and SharePoint environments. You will collaborate with IAM, federation, and hybrid cloud teams to deliver resilient, compliant infrastructure.

The role requires NATO SECRET clearance, strong scripting in PowerShell, and experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and ITSM processes. Travel may be limited; on-site presence in Mons is expected.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• A university degree in IT with four years of IT experience; or ten years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum six years designing, implementing, administering and supporting Microsoft enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, AD FS and Entra ID.
• Experience with SharePoint and hybrid Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Azure, DevOps, CI/CD and automation.
• PowerShell scripting; Python and SQL skills desirable.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• English proficiency meeting NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, configure, operate, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft enterprise infrastructure in secure environments.
• Provide senior-level expertise for Windows Server platforms and related services throughout their lifecycle.
• Design and administer Active Directory, DNS, ADFS, and identity infrastructure including Entra ID and federation technologies.
• Provide IAM/federation SME knowledge and integration with open source tools.
• Design, deploy and manage PKI, certificates and lifecycle management.
• Design, deploy, manage on-premise SharePoint environments and integrate with enterprise apps.
• Maintain secure integrations between Microsoft platforms and Jira/Confluence/Power BI/Splunk/SQL Server.
• Provide Azure DevOps architecture support, CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and other scripting languages; implement IaC for Azure and hybrid infra.
• Ensure compliance with NATO security requirements and ITSM processes.
