Wlgroup in Mons, Belgium, seeks a senior Microsoft infrastructure engineer to design, deploy and operate a secure enterprise platform featuring identity services and AD on a hybrid cloud. You will own end-to-end Windows Server and AD, PKI and governance in a defence-sector context.

The role covers SharePoint on-prem, integration with Power BI and Splunk, and automation with PowerShell and IaC to keep the estate secure and compliant.

Qualifications

• Six+ years designing and running Microsoft enterprise infrastructure at scale.
• Deep Windows Server and Active Directory expertise, including AD FS and Entra ID.
• Strong PKI, TLS, and certificate lifecycle knowledge.
• SharePoint security, integration, and lifecycle management, plus Microsoft 365.
• Practical Azure and hybrid cloud, with pipelines and IaC automation.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, operate and troubleshoot Microsoft enterprise infrastructure.
• Manage Windows Server platforms end to end: architecture, deployment, patching, upgrades.
• Administer Active Directory domains, forests, trusts, GPOs, DNS.
• Lead identity and access: AD FS, Entra ID, and federation.
• Maintain PKI, certs, lifecycle and trust.
• Run on-premise SharePoint environments: permissions, metadata, search, content mgmt.
• Integrate with Atlassian, Power BI, Splunk, SQL Server.
• Support cloud reference environment and pipelines: source control, CI/CD, config mgmt.
• Automate with PowerShell and IaC; ensure security compliance.
• Incident, problem, change, config, release processes; root-cause analysis.
• Advise on future platform direction: tech, resilience, availability, scale.
